  Always come here for breakfast food is always hot and tasty and the staff are always friendly and polite will always come here. All the staff should receive praise for the work they do

  Visited today and tried to order a coffee from the lady at the counter. She directed me to some clankers. I explained that I wanted to order from a person and not a clanker, She explained that the best she could do was offer to help me to use the clanker and that a regular coffee would cost £3.80 Just to make sure that's clear, the staff have no facilities at all to serve you in person, the only way to order is through a machine. They have no til and no card reader. It's physically impossible to purchase anything without using the machine, and their drinks cost close to twice as much as from the Gregg's outlet that operates in the same building, and where the staff will serve you in person.

  I went to the cafe today after my shopping and halfway through my meal there was a crow flying around and rather than closing they still stayed open. While the staff gave people refunds it felt very unhygienic to stay open especially because the bird was landing on tables and also scaring both staff and customers.

  On today, (3PM) me and my 11 year old daughter went here thrilled and excited. I have always passed the food there and thought it was delicious. But first, we need to talk about the prices. £30 for our meal was absolutely insane..for something that tasted so bland and tasteless. When our food arrived, I noticed a small surprise underneath my wrap. What do you think it is? Nope. It's a dead insect, or some type of bug but it was just so gross to see it laying underneath my food. But it doesn’t matter anyway because once I took a bite all I tasted was a absolute desert. Did I just took a bite out of a piece of sand? I wonder what they put in the chocolate milkshake too. Possibly brown food coloring? Sure milk tastes good on its own, but isn't it supposed to be chocolate flavored? Well at least the tomato soup tasted edible, but it's nothing special for the price. In conclusion, this cafè is just manipulating you as a way of gaining money. Just go to the chilled food section next door, they at least put effort into their items. Just never getting fooled by this again.
